"Excellent support and super friendly staff"
This is a fantastic company that really makes you feel secure and is super friendly. I just wish the packaging was better, especially after dropping 350£ on a PSU. You'd think they'd use decent packaging, but the box arrived pretty damaged with some holes in it.

"Top Notch Service!"
Liam and the Utopia crew really know how to treat their customers. I popped into the store one day, and by the next evening, I walked out with a fantastic new laptop. They had everything moved over from my old one and even hooked me up with a new backup hard drive. Liam was super patient and explained everything during the handover. I can't praise this place enough!

"Outstanding customer support"
Absolutely love my computer! After using it for a few years, I can say it’s still a fantastic machine. The help I got from them as a newbie to custom builds has been top-notch (seriously, whatever they’re paying Sean, it’s not enough). I’d suggest it to anyone looking.

"Got myself a MAME cabinet for my room"
So, I recently got a MAME (multiple arcade machine emulator) cabinet set up in my bedroom, and I've run into some issues over the past couple of years. But let me tell ya, Utopia really knows what they're doing. They've fixed the computer that runs the arcade machine for me twice now. I can't recommend this company enough!

"More than a month later, I can say..."
It's been more than a month since I placed my order for a custom laptop with this company. Other than the heat it gives off, it’s everything I wanted, and they even completed it sooner than expected. I gotta admit, I had my doubts after checking out other reviews for companies that make custom laptops and PCs. But I can confidently say I picked the right one.

"Watch out when you drop off stuff for repairs; can they really handle it?"
I handed over an external hard drive so they could get the data off it. After roughly a week, they informed me that I’d have to see a data expert to get it sorted. I get it, but they didn’t refund the £45.00 they charged me upfront. Super let down, they ought to have told me this from the start.

"Highly recommend these folks!"
I can't say enough good things about these folks. They were super patient with me since I'm not great with tech! Provided me with excellent advice that also helped me save some cash. Right now, they're in high demand because so many folks are working from home, but they really went the extra mile to get the job done fast for me. I've got a laptop now that's performing even better than when it was fresh out of the box!

"PC for Image Editing"
The configuration tool is super user-friendly. All the parts I needed were in stock. The assembly was quick and finished ahead of schedule. Utopia kept me in the loop with prompt and useful communication. Delivery was right on time, and the packaging was top-notch. The computer runs flawlessly and has completely lived up to my expectations up to this point. Overall, I’m a really happy customer.

"The finest I've ever encountered"
About a month back, I got myself a new PC. It's built like a tank and I've had zero problems with it. The customer service is incredibly dependable and super friendly. It was like chatting with a buddy! I’d surely suggest choosing Utopia. Their site doesn’t overwhelm you with a million options; it’s straightforward and exactly as promised. I bet you know that figuring out what you really want is crucial to getting it. It could be handy to have a table where customers can rate each option and prioritize them, helping you suggest what you can provide. I have a feeling that many folks, including myself, have some knowledge about hardware but not quite enough to make the smartest decisions for achieving the results we want.

"Truly Impressed"
Up to now, I gotta say I'm really blown away by the service and guidance I've gotten from Sean and Craig over at Utopia. I attempted to purchase comparable laptops from Scan and Dell, and honestly, their service was pretty awful next to this. I genuinely feel like I've made a solid investment, and I can't wait for it to arrive next week.

"Exceptional Customer Support"
Back in December, I bought a computer from Utopia and got some solid advice before I made my choice. When the computer showed up, I needed to reach out for help regarding a minor issue I was having (totally my fault) and received clear and patient guidance on what I was doing wrong. All in all, I can confidently say that I'm really pleased with the build quality and the service I’ve experienced both before and after the sale from everyone at Utopia Computers.

"Top-notch service."
From start to finish, I was informed about how things were going. The delivery was quick, and I could keep an eye on my package the whole day it took to arrive at my place. The case it came in was custom-made for my PC. Plus, it was all set to go right out of the box, and the interior was super tidy. Gave it a 5 for outstanding service, clear communication, quality craftsmanship, and speedy delivery.
